Deposit and Reschedule Policy

A 35% booking Deposit is required for all of our Services. Any booking that is not honored by client is deposit loss. Please contact us within 48 hours minimum or in case of emergency, to reschedule if necessary. If rescheduling occurs, deposit is valid towards the next rescheduled date.

Due to the volume and flow of the stylist’s schedule, if you are expecting to be late to your appointment we would appreciate a courtesy call to let us know you are on your way. If by chance you are more than 15 minutes late arriving to your appointment we may ask you to reschedule due to the scheduling of other appointments and you will need to pay for a new booking deposit in order to reschedule.
